At TeaSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose-leaf tea and teaware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure that the tea remains in its original, unopened heat-sealed packaging and that teaware is securely wrapped in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
